Sizzling Chili Cider Sauce

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup apple cider vinegar

¼ cup vinegar

1 green chili, sliced

1 red chili, sliced

½ teaspoon salt

1 garlic clove, minced

Directions

In a bowl add vinegar, garlic, apple cider vinegar, red chilies, green chilies, salt and place into thefridge for 30-40 minutes.

Serve with baked fish.

White Fish Sauce with Parsley

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 tablespoons chopped parsley

½ teaspoon ginger powder

1 pinch salt
